On 31 March 2026, we hosted an online webinar with around 25 clients, focused on buying real estate in Montenegro. It was a valuable and engaging session where we explored the country’s growing appeal as both a lifestyle destination and an investment opportunity.
During the webinar, we discussed current market trends, rental potential, legal aspects of property ownership, and selected developments across the Bay of Kotor and Tivat. We also answered a range of questions from participants, making it an interactive and informative experience.
